    Lynn McDermott, DVM

    Dr. Lynn McDermott received his DVM at Iowa State University in 1998. He has been practicing with North Heights since 2000. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, running, swimming, and reading.

    Laura Russo-Klister, DVM

    Dr. Laura Russo-Klister earned her DVM at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has been practicing at North Heights since 2012. She has a Greyhound named Lupe, and a calico cat named Princess Buttercup. Along with veterinary medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, doing yoga, reading, participating in triathlons, and cooking. She likes to work with birds, reptiles and pocket pets as well as dogs and cats.

    Amanda Beyer, DVM

    Dr. Amanda Beyer earned her DVM at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has been practicing with North Heights since 2018. She has a Catahoula Leopard dog named Jake, and some chickens. Along with veterinary medicine, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping, DIY projects, and fishing on the Wolf with her husband.

    Michael Krueger, DVM

    Dr. Michael Krueger obtained his Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2016. He then went on to obtain his degree as Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2020. Dr. Krueger has been practicing with North Heights since 2020. He has a Labrador Mix named Benji, a Beagle named Maple, and a bunny named Olly. Along with veterinary medicine, he enjoys playing rugby.

    Sara Cieslak, DVM

    Dr. Sara Cieslak received her DVM at the University of Minnesota in 2005. Dr. Sara had previously practiced with North Heights from 2007 to 2014 until her husband was re-located. She then re-located back to the area and has been practicing with North Heights since 2021. Dr. Sara has 2 cats named Otis, and Blaze. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, reading, and water skiing.

    Nicki Schaetzl, DVM

    Dr. Nicki Schaetzl received her DVM at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. She has been practicing with North Heights since 2023. In her free time, she enjoys doing puzzles and going for walks.
